We maintain a list of frequently asked questions, so before contacting support we recommend you have a look at this FAQ. This can be a much quicker way to get answers than contacting support.
Contacting Technical Support
We recommend you consult before contacting support, as this resource contains the answers to most of the common problems. This will help speed a resolution to your problem.
If the help file does not offer a resolution to your problem technical support may be acquired by e-mail. When contacting support please include detailed information about the problem, including screenshots of any error messages you encounter. Please also write down detailed information about what steps you took before the error occurred.
We can be contacted at support@smartexcel.com. Please send your customer ID with any communications to ensure you recieve priority service. Your customer ID can be found in the email confirming your purchase of the software. We will attempt to get back to you within 24 hours. If you have not yet purchased a licence for the SmartExcel Wizard you can do so at here.
Please note: Support requests without a customer ID (this will include trial users) may take up to 10 working days to process.
