The installer tells me I "Cannot open software registry Key"?
This error may be caused if your windows user account does not have permission to install software on the computer you are using. You will need to log in as an administrative user to be able to install the SmartExcel software. To do so you will need to log in as the user 'Administrator', or contact your system administrator. Once you are authenticated as an administrative user you can install the software.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
For larger orders the following prices apply:

2-9: $34.95 per copy
10-99: $29.95 per copy
100-999: $24.95 per copy
1000+: $19.95 per copy
Can I have a product CD?
We only make our software available as a download over the internet. However, you are allowed to make unlimited copies of the installer file, so you may copy it onto your own CD if you so choose. You may also wish to download a copy of the manual for inclusion on the CD.
What are the System Requirements for SmartExcel?
SmartExcel will work under Microsoft Excel 97 and above. This includes Excel 97, Excel 2000, Excel XP and Excel 2003.
The following operating systems are supported: Microsoft Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, and recently support was added for Windows 98 and Windows NT 4.0. The software will also need approximately 6MB (MegaBytes) of disk space to install.
How do I Uninstall SmartExcel?
Should SmartExcel not be to your taste we have provided an uninstaller which will remove the software for you. This uninstaller can be accessed through the 'Add / Remove Applications' option under the Control Panel. To get to the Control Panel, go to the Start Menu -> Settings -> Control Panel. Once you have opened the 'Add / Remove Applications' option you should see a list of installed applications. Click on 'SmartExcel Wizard' -> Remove.
